Following a significant life experience in 2009, my household became a one-income household. It was during this time that I became concerned about the state of my financial future. Looking towards a future that would include a comfortable retirement, I decided to arm myself with as much knowledge as I could.

While researching, I discovered Dave Ramsey and the Ramsey Solutions team. Their 7-step framework for achieving success in personal finance seemed both promising and achievable. Over time, I reached and surpassed each step, celebrating my wins along the way. As I moved forward, I found that many people were interested in learning more about my journey and what I was doing. I became so eager to share the knowledge that it soon became a passion, one that ultimately led me to go through the Ramsey Solutions training program in order to become a certified financial coach.

In addition to this training and certification, I also bring a wealth of experience in financial management within the public sector, having managed the operating budget and finances for a public school for over 13 years. My personal success history with the Ramsey program, coupled with my certification and employment experience in the financial arena, forms the foundation of knowledge and experience necessary to help my clients achieve their own financial goals and successes. These skills have served me well, and I’m excited to put them to use in serving you.
